RETURN POLICY

 

The period for returning the goods is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item on purpose. In the case of a return of goods that did not fit the client in size (that is, the wrong size was ordered) or did not like, the customer pays for the delivery amount and the goods are immediately returned by courier back to the warehouse. After full payment of the order, you can open the package in the presence of the courier and check the goods for integrity, no marriage. In the event of a factory defect or a breach of the integrity of the goods, you need to issue an act of marriage and can return the courier. Returns are accepted in original packaging, not in use, in the original presentation, that is: things and shoes that have not been worn, clean, not spoiled, in the presence of all branded labels, seals and labels and in a box. The defect should not be the result of improper operation.
